Choochews was in the product development stage — premium cannabis gummies with a clear quality position, but no packaging that communicated that, and no community of early fans to launch to. Most cannabis brands make the mistake of treating marketing as a post-launch problem. By the time they have packaging, a product, and a launch date, they have no one to tell.

Pre-Launch Packaging Design. We designed Choochews’ packaging from scratch — a visual system that communicated premium quality, stood out on a shelf, and told the brand story in the three seconds a customer spends looking at a product before deciding to pick it up. Every element of the packaging was built to convert at retail.
Private Community Build. We set up a private online community for Choochews — a closed, invitation-only group where early fans, influencers, and beta users could gather before the product was available to the public. The community served as both an early feedback channel and a built-in launch audience.
Community Growth Strategy. We ran a pre-launch growth campaign driving target customers into the private community using early-access positioning, giveaways, and exclusive content. By Month 2, the community had 150 members — all engaged, all waiting for the product, all with permission to be marketed to directly.
The result was a brand with a professional identity, retail-ready packaging, and 150 warm, pre-qualified customers on launch day — before a single gummy was sold.
