I Came into jova early this morning with a very heavy heart. I was instantly greeted by Krystal. She could sense that it was something wrong and instantly offered me advice and words of encouragement. That’s beyond customer service! Those type of things make me want to continue to shop here. Thank you Krystal for being a great person!
I’ve been going to businesses all over the world. What a lot of times makes and breaks an organization is customer service. Which none of jova employees have any problem with that. Great place and a great atmosphere.

Super knowledgeable about the selection and knew how to engage new clients. I like edibles and she shared the weekly deals.She also shared about your company trips to the growers and how much knowledge she’s gained.Oh and I absolutely adore personable creatives, Lynette was cool.
I came in for a preorder today and was excited to see the new changes to the shop since my last visit. I usually never do reviews but Krystal, and the brown skin dude w the hair and nose rings are nothing short of great! Great energy, super knowledgeable, with just the right amount of professionalism. As a fellow service-based business leader in the DMV area, employees like this can be quite hard to come by! Thanks again Krystal & my guy who worked next to her on 03/05’s AM (my bad I didn’t get your name) for being locked in and making today a smooth trip.
Derrick was amazing 👏. I never know what to get anymore because there are so many choices. He got me what I wanted, suggested my points and I walked out with 10 bucks and some change. Amazing. And the whole place was filled with laughter, from the staff! Most places everyone is hyper focused only on the sales. Security guard is an og. Been there and always the same, awesome, friendly, engaging, but still hyper aware of the surroundings and situation. Thank you for being in my home town. Who knew these days would come back then? Max the man he knows his stuff and this jobs hands down probably the best dispensary in the DMV!! Their even expanding the store so top shelf great customer service too you need to come
