Custom E-Commerce Shop. We built a custom online shop that let Key Limes sell direct — products browsable, filterable, and purchasable without going through a third-party directory. Their data. Their customer relationships.
Facebook Ad Engine. We launched a compliant Facebook ad campaign using lifestyle-focused creative and a Messenger chatbot funnel. The first campaign ran for 30 days and brought in 90 verified new customers at a 3.8× return on ad spend.
In-Store Event Concept. We built and launched a recurring in-store event format — an experience designed around the Key Limes brand that gives customers a reason to come in beyond a standard purchase. The event now runs monthly and consistently drives foot traffic spikes that outlast the event itself.
